So many wonderful ideas and so many beautiful illustrations as always. definitely going to catch the solstice sunrise, hoping to combine it with a wild swim too. And the bicycle one is tempting, but maybe for my own city. There's still so much to explore!
Lovely ideas, its all about the simple things in life that brings joy. I'm going back to the Cotswolds in a week and I can't wait to see all the roses in bloom!
Beautiful list! Went foraging for elderflower two days ago, cordial is almost ready to bottle- coming across this list and your earl grey elderflower cake recipe today is one of those serendipitous things in life that can only be explained by magic. Thank you 😊🤎
Working on the windowsill herb garden & adding the summer solstice sunrise to the family calendar. Love the way “could-do lists” land, like a special invitation to possibility instead of an added sense of weight in the day. I’m going to start swapping out my to/do list phrasing just to see what happens!
A super list….. I’ve taken myself out for breakfast today….. table for one… such a simple joy, thanks for the inspiration ❤️
There's nothing quite like savouring a meal on your own xx
What is it about a breakfast date that is so yummy! We all need to know (I need to know) - what did you have to eat??
This is a beautiful list, inspiring simple joys! Thank you xx
I hope your mouth is full of joy 💗
I love these suggestions, Aimee! I particularly love the point about the National Garden Scheme - I didn't know this existed! What a beautiful thing!

What a beautiful and inspiring list! Thank you! ❤
Such beautiful recommendations as always! We have a lot of elderflower in our garden so I might just try foraging to make that cake 🥰

Yesss please to all! The cake recipe sounds so delicious, only the British would come up with an Earl Grey cake, LOVE it 😍 need to try
These are some great ideas, Aimée!
What a lovely list of gentle invitations Aimee. Thank you for such wonderful ideas. x
Love the idea of having a picnic by a lake or river. We did that a few summers ago and enjoyed it 🌷
I like 19. I’m a cheesemonger as well as a writer, so yes, yes, yes!
I’ve been elderflower picking and cordial making. There’s nothing like the month of June.💕
A cheesemonger 😍 what an absolute DREAM job title!!
I’m just happy that you know the word “cheesemonger “! People around where I live aren’t very familiar with it!😀
Lovely list 😊
Thank you! Feeling so burned out with work so trying to make more space for joy in June 🤞
I love picking strawberries at our local PYO in the summertime! 🍓
I did it about two years but my boy was just a toddler then and was very hot and grouchy so will have to give it another go this year 🤣
