What is it about a breakfast date that is so yummy! We all need to know (I need to know) - what did you have to eat??

I love these suggestions, Aimee! I particularly love the point about the National Garden Scheme - I didn't know this existed! What a beautiful thing!

So many wonderful ideas and so many beautiful illustrations as always. definitely going to catch the solstice sunrise, hoping to combine it with a wild swim too. And the bicycle one is tempting, but maybe for my own city. There's still so much to explore!

Beautiful list! Went foraging for elderflower two days ago, cordial is almost ready to bottle- coming across this list and your earl grey elderflower cake recipe today is one of those serendipitous things in life that can only be explained by magic. Thank you 😊🤎

Such beautiful recommendations as always! We have a lot of elderflower in our garden so I might just try foraging to make that cake 🥰

Working on the windowsill herb garden & adding the summer solstice sunrise to the family calendar. Love the way “could-do lists” land, like a special invitation to possibility instead of an added sense of weight in the day. I’m going to start swapping out my to/do list phrasing just to see what happens!

Love the idea of having a picnic by a lake or river. We did that a few summers ago and enjoyed it 🌷

I like 19. I’m a cheesemonger as well as a writer, so yes, yes, yes!

I’ve been elderflower picking and cordial making. There’s nothing like the month of June.💕

I did it about two years but my boy was just a toddler then and was very hot and grouchy so will have to give it another go this year 🤣
